Are Estimates Free?
Yes, telephone and/or email estimates are free. You'll find out staff
willing to spend as much time with you on the phone or online, and gather the
necessary information to help plan your event and estimate the costs. If
you require one of our tent technicians to travel to and inspect your
party/event site, we will usually require a small deposit which is applied
towards the cost f your tent rental.
Is Delivery Free?
No, there is generally a modest charge that covers delivery and pickup. We
do charge more for delivery/pickups that require carrying merchandise up or down
stairs, showing up at specific times or weekends or locations that are a great
distance from our warehouse
Do I have to wash the dishes and glasses after we use them?
No, you don't have to wash them but dishes need to be food free and please pour
liquids out of the glasses and coffee urns..
How far in advance do we need to book?
It depends on what you need. On linens, we would appreciate three days notice. On tables and chairs, we can usually live with shorter notice. If you are planning a June wedding with a tent, you should try to book early........very early.
Use your common sense. If you are renting for a busy holiday such as Thanksgiving, then we would recommend booking at least two weeks ahead, if you can.
What are your office hours?
Monday - Friday 8:00-4:00
Saturday 8:00-Noon
Please note that the office is closed
on Saturdays, January 2nd thru March 15th.
What is the difference between a tent and a canopy?
A canopy is just the top of the tent. But most of our customers use the terms incorrectly and interchangeably so please try to specify whether you want sides. Generally, in the summer, you will get very hot if you do have sides as the air cannot circulate. Also, note that we do a lot of tents in the winter with sides and heaters. There are very good heaters that will keep you warm, even on cold days.

We deliver to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens, all of Westchester, the
Greater Hudson Valley, Fairfield County and Western Connecticut, Eastern New
Jersey and Long Island.
